To whitelist or blacklist an IP address for all users in a domain<\/p>\n
1. Log into OWA as an Admin.<\/p>\n
2. Open Exchange Admin Center<\/p>\n
3. Select Protection > Connection Filter <\/p>\n
4. Select the Default filter<\/p>\n
